Lol! Crybaby Shinichi is a shout out to Mr. Plastic Surgery Mokoto xD. I was debating having Ran say "You're not Mokoto again are you?" but then since he got plastic surgery pinching won't make sense
I can SO imagine that.
Honestly though...I'd freak out if Ran reacted differently to this or something similar to it (a.k.a. kicking Shinichi's butt (I love Shinichi to death but sometimes I just want to see him in pain XD )).
